Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serves as on-site technical resource and point of contact for customers.
• Plans and oversees service delivery, including hands-on work and training.
• Responds to work orders and monitors major repairs and maintenance.
• Ensures safety compliance and conducts safety meetings.
• Reviews blueprints and specs to standardize work and improve systems.
• Identifies opportunities to improve customer systems.
