Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Proven leadership to set and achieve cross‑department targets.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Solid math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate team activities; set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Execute operational strategies to ensure efficient operations for a small market area.
• Develop and implement process improvements with senior management.
• Drive client services efficiency and support internal partners regionally.
• Lead by example and negotiate with external partners to align with business goals.
