This role manages workplace services, vendors, maintenance, office programs, operational budgets, employee support, and logistics across all Bolt Graphics locations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Candidate with previous start-up experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and efficient office environment.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, scheduled maintenance, and emergency facility needs.
• Manage workplace supplies, equipment, inventory, and restocking programs.
• Identify operational improvements and proactively address workplace and facility needs.
• Track operational budgets, purchase orders, vendor invoices, maintenance expenses, and capital projects.
