Job summary

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, ensure CMMS effectiveness, and drive preventative maintenance programs across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) required in Electrical Engineering or Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities management with focus on MHE and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance team operations with supervisor oversight.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, rentals, purchases, and capital improvements.
• Manage technicians across MHE, building, refrigeration, and battery systems; audit performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and OEMs; ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee CMMS usage, review work orders and purchase orders, and monitor KPIs.
