JCPenney Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Senior Manager to lead all building systems maintenance, MHE, and facility infrastructure. You will drive preventive maintenance, optimize uptime, and manage vendor services while partnering with Operations for service level alignment.

The role reports to the Director of Facilities Maintenance and requires strong leadership, bargaining with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance across OSHA/EPA. A data-driven approach with CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, PIT and HVAC equipment.
• Provide leadership and performance management for Maintenance Supervisor and hourly maintenance staff.
• Partner with Operations to plan and schedule maintenance, installations, and improvements.
• Own site relationships with external contractors and service providers.
• Develop RFP/SOW, gather proposals, and negotiate vendor services.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Develop and manage the site maintenance budget and reporting.
• Ensure CMMS documentation aligns with standards.
• Coordinate with MES to align processes and SOPs.
• Support training to strengthen technical capability and safety.
