Job summary

Lead a site team, coordinate service delivery with clients, and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety rules and SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• Supervise and guide daily tasks of facilities staff and subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling and workforce planning to meet service commitments.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead on-site to coordinate service delivery and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies with on-site teams and external responders when needed.
• Maintain records for safety, health, and environmental issues and enforce PPE usage.
• Review compliance documentation, blueprints, and O&M manuals to standardize work.
• Cover defined shifts and ensure contract requirements are met.
