Job summary

ProSight Talent, LLC, in Coastal Georgia, is seeking a seasoned Facilities & Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical facilities, utility systems and wastewater treatment equipment in a highly automated automotive manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team of 20+ technicians, manage budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, drive reliability improvements and collaborate with production engineers to ensure safe, efficient plant operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of mechanical facilities management experience within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team of more than 20 employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, technical specifications and system documentation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical facilities, utility systems and maintenance processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and perform facilities management activities to achieve operating goals.
• Audit utility machinery and operating conditions and recommend maintenance actions.
• Oversee maintenance of utility and wastewater equipment.
• Lead maintenance of HVAC, compressors, pumps, and generators.
• Prepare budgets for machinery improvements and maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with production engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability and reduce failures.
