Job summary
Preciball HPM is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead equipment reliability, maintenance, and facility support for our high-precision manufacturing plant in Sylvania, Georgia. This hands-on role will establish maintenance systems and drive long-term equipment reliability across a growing facility.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role preferred.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic and controls systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate startup, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment and utilities.
- Manage and prioritize the maintenance team to support manufacturing equipment, facility utilities, building systems, and grounds.
- Develop preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Support forming, heat-treatment, grinding, lapping, cleaning and material-handling systems.
