Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems and environmental compliance exhaust systems.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to facilities management.
• Manufacturing or clean room facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and maintenance of mechanical and HVAC systems (chilled water plants, boilers, environmental abatement, clean room equipment).
• Design, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical projects and conduct design reviews.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Create roadmaps and asset replacement strategies to ensure reliability and capacity for expansions and renovations.
