Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field required.
• 12+ years of facilities engineering or related experience preferred.
• Experience leading multi-site facilities teams and projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and contracts with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of managers, engineers, and technicians across multiple facilities.
• Oversee maintenance of structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems.
• Develop project scopes, RFQs, RFIs, and specifications.
• Manage capital projects, subcontractors, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and cost-effective operations across facilities.
