Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Facilities Service Manager - Mechanical to lead the onsite mechanical facilities team and oversee maintenance for mission-critical cooling and HVAC systems. The role emphasizes uptime, safety, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 data-center environment.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will build an in-house self-perform maintenance program, manage vendors, and collaborate with Engineering, Reliability, and Construction teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians and service teams.
• Experience with large-scale cooling systems.
• Knowledge of controls interfaces and BMS integration.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mechanical facilities technician team.
• Manage maintenance and service execution for cooling infrastructure.
• Develop in-house self-perform maintenance program.
• Oversee vendor performance and safety practices.
• Track system health and uptime metrics.
• Coordinate with Facility Managers and Engineering teams.
