Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in facility management or construction.
• Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility master plans aligned with business growth.
• Oversee major construction and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Lead all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
