Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of experience in building maintenance.
• Journeyman Electrician license, or HVAC license a plus.
• Basic working knowledge of building control and automation systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily building and equipment inspections and notify management of repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance: change air/ water filters, service pumps and exhaust fans, change bulbs, ducting, piping, plumbing, fixtures.
