Job summary

AOI in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a proactive Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production capacity and reduce costs by driving continuous improvement, productivity, and quality. You will design dashboards, analyze data, and collaborate with production and engineering to meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals. On-site role with relocation support and immigration sponsorships.

Candidates with Lean Six Sigma, MES/ERP, and semiconductor manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to derive strategies from data.
• Experience with MES/ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, MATLAB is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in cleanroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production and engineering to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Design robust performance metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Assess manufacturing capabilities and optimize production capacity.
• Drive labor productivity using Lean manufacturing best practices.
• Use data modeling to identify trends and support decisions.
• Manage cross-functional projects for process improvements and new products.
