Job summary

AOI in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to help keep the production line running smoothly. You will support the production line manager in daily operations, track work orders, ensure on-time completion, and maintain high quality.

You will work with engineering to troubleshoot issues and uphold safety and cleanroom policies. The role requires strong communication, data interpretation, and MS Office skills, with the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or business required.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or business preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to provide daily activity reports.
• Good data interpretation and time management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a cleanroom environment with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Track overall status of work orders and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
• Organize work order schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist in managing the production line and enforce safety, cleanroom, and ESD rules to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Assist in organizing manpower and schedules to improve line efficiency.
• Support all managerial responsibilities as needed.
