Job summary

Greaves Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the safety, function, cleanliness, and readiness of all sites. You will own building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety, and lead a team of maintenance staff, janitorial workers, and contractors.

In this leadership role, you will develop and enforce operational standards, coordinate with licensed trades, manage vendor contracts, and drive disciplined maintenance and capital projects while upholding OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in facilities, building maintenance, or construction.
• 3–5 years in a management or team lead role with direct responsibility for technicians and contractors.
• Demonstrated competence in HVAC systems and electrical distribution, with basic panel work.
• Experience negotiating, managing, and holding outside vendors accountable.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and capital/repair project execution.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA requirements; experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team through disciplined application of LMA and set clear standards.
• Conduct structured weekly 1:1s focusing on performance, development, and blockers.
• Own the facilities Scorecard and drive corrective action when metrics slip.
• Set and enforce standards for work quality, timeliness, safety, and workplace conduct.
• Coach and develop maintenance technicians, janitorial staff, and contract labor.
• Manage performance issues promptly and honestly and document commitments.
• Coordinate with licensed trades and oversee vendor contracts for services.
