Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead integrated facilities management in critical environments in St. Louis, MO, reporting to the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate team.

You will drive strategic projects, optimize operations, and ensure high reliability in mission-critical facilities. The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong leadership, vendor management, and proficiency with CMMS, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or critical facilities.
• Experience managing data centers, secure facilities, or mission-critical operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational and vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and security personnel.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS with budget acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted operations and critical infrastructure performance.
• Develop and implement programs that reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance reliability.
• Manage budgets and report variances monthly/quarterly.
• Oversee tenant financial reporting, billing reconciliations, and operating expenses.
• Direct vendor performance and after-hours contractor activities to maintain 24/7 readiness.
• Develop annual management plans aligned with client objectives and security standards.
