Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Schedule and manage team activities, set deadlines, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections for QA in line with regulations and identify improvements.
