For our client, we are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee multi‑site facilities operations supporting retail branch locations and customer‑facing environments across multiple regions. The position will serve as a key client contact, guide facility managers, and partner with vendors to ensure high service standards, cost discipline, and safe, compliant operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 - $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities services for retail branch locations and customer‑facing cafes
• Serve as the primary client contact for operations
• Oversee facility managers to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor vendor management activities to maintain service delivery standards
• Develop innovative programs to reduce operating costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across retail operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Relevant certifications such as LEED, CFM, or FMP preferred
• 7+ years of facility management experience, including 3+ years managing other facility managers
• Experience managing remote teams across multiple regions
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits
