Job Summary:

The Senior Safety Manager will leverage their expertise to deliver safety training, coaching, and technical support to operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs in compliance with client requirements.
2. Manage resolution of safety and health issues through analysis, benchmarking, and regulatory adherence.
3. Maintain injury records in accordance with regulations.
4. Identify and implement safety improvement programs and tools.
5. Conduct claims investigations for injured employees.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Pharma and GMP background, Life Sciences experience.
• Proficiency in developing safety data dashboards, benchmarking, and analyzing metrics.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and risk assessment skills.
• Willingness to travel.
