Position Title: SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER

Pay Grade: 16

Job Summary

The Senior Safety Manager will leverage their knowledge and experience to provide safety training, coaching, consultation, and technical support to Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Compass safety program to meet client safety requirements.
• Manage resolution of safety and health issues through analysis, benchmarking, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain injury records in accordance with regulations.
• Identify programs and tools to positively impact safety.
• Conduct claims management investigations for injured associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Pharma and GMP Background Preferred.
• Experience developing safety data dashboards, benchmarking, and tracking metrics.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and recommendation skills.
• Experience conducting investigations and evaluating costs and risks.
