Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Project Manager provides an opportunity to manage impactful projects that will achieve significant returns for the company. You will own the complete life cycle of major projects and drive the process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, and field operations.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original plans.
• Identify, assess, and minimize risks throughout the project life cycle.
• Observe team dynamics and adjust methodology accordingly.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience managing large, complex enterprise projects, especially those involving organizational change.
• Pharma and GMP background preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
