Position Title: SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER

Reports To:

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Pay Grade: 16

Other Compensation: Bonus

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide safety training, coaching, consultation, and technical support to Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Compass safety program to meet client safety requirements.
• Manage safety and health issues through analysis, benchmarking, risk management, and compliance.
• Maintain injury records per regulations.
• Identify safety programs and tools to improve safety.
• Investigate claims related to injuries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in developing safety dashboards, benchmarking, and metrics.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience in investigations, evaluations, and risk assessment.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
