Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of electric and carpenter experience preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards.
• Clean and maintain the pool area and exercise room.
• Report any problems that would interfere with guest satisfaction.
• Operate mechanical equipment safely.

Skills

Completion of a craft apprenticeship

Strong communication skills

Hospitality experience

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Education

AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
