• Maintain proper documentation during maintenance processes.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs and technical documentation.
• Ensure documentation practices during maintenance.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with or without supervision.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities.
• Communicate operational information to others.
• Participate in spill control and handling of hazardous materials.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities.
• Identify fixes to address issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and alarms.
• Read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Perform infrared, vibration, and related measurements.
• Daily facility equipment checks.
• Respond to building management alarms.
• Pull parts and support replacement initiatives.
