Job summary

Great Oaks seeks a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to autonomously execute maintenance tasks on site facilities equipment. The role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12 hour shifts and requires hands-on experience with building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

CMMS documentation, SOP adherence, and safe work practices are essential. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and input on replacement parts while maintaining

Qualifications

Experience maintaining facilities systems including fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, humidifiers and air dryers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certification in a skilled trade preferred.
Prior CMMS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Read SOPs and technical documentation.
Perform preventive (scheduled) and corrective (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
Conduct troubleshooting activities and communicate findings.
Document maintenance activities in CMMS.
Monitor equipment performance and respond to alarms and deviations.
Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety, LOTO and PPE requirements.
Assist with identifying parts and input on replacements.
