Job summary

Great Oaks is seeking a skilled facilities technician to autonomously perform maintenance on site equipment and systems. The role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, requiring compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation using CMMS. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, trade certification, and 2+ years of related experience in building services such as HVAC,

Qualifications

Experience maintaining facilities systems including building fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, air handlers, humidifiers and air dryers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facilities equipment without supervision.
Read SOPs and technical documentation for accurate work.
Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and work orders.
Monitor equipment performance and conduct troubleshooting when issues arise.
Read diagrams and schematics to guide repairs and replacements.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Pull parts for work orders and assist with input on replacement parts.
