Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.
Manage and optimize HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency, performance, and safety compliance.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Supervise procurement of parts, tools, and equipment while maintaining inventory records and controlling budget expenditures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, address code violations, and ensure safety standards are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex maintenance issues and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
