Job summary

Sentara Health in Virginia Beach seeks a Supervisor, Maintenance to plan, organize, supervise and coordinate plant operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient facilities. You will manage labor/material controls and train staff in safety, with travel to Sentara facilities across Hampton Roads.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, supervisory experience, and a valid VA or NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Must have 4+ years in maintenance/facilities maintenance.
• Previous supervision and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Administer labor and material controls and safety training for maintenance staff.
• Travel to multiple facilities across Hampton Roads for operations and support.
