Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract. The Section Supervisor II will supervise a diverse workforce handling facilities maintenance, scheduling, project execution, and contract administration to ensure mission-support objectives are met.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with experience in safety, budgeting, and resource management, and entails occasional

Qualifications

• Two- to four-year technical degree or equivalent training, with five+ years in a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in a technical environment, including at least two years in supervision.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the performance of work by employees in the shop or unit.
• Sets employee work schedules and tracks time worked.
• Evaluates and documents employee performance; develops skills.
• Manges budgets and controls costs and resources.
