Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under J-Tech II. This role focuses on leading test analysis, simulations, and data interpretation to ensure accurate reflection of test configurations.

You will support EW/RF and protocol areas, mentor junior staff, and help design test scenarios and data deliverables for complex mission objectives. This is a demanding, onsite position requiring U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive testing and analysis experience in engineering projects.
• Ability to serve as technical authority on complex programs.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical branch in EW, RF, and protocol areas.
• Develop data analysis tools and support test planning and execution.
• Coordinate with customers and engineers to ensure data accuracy.
