The Field Operations Specialist I acts as a technical advisor and group leader, guiding field operations control, coordination, and safety as part of a diverse testing program. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with four years of related experience, extensive MOA/range operations knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years field operation experience.
• Familiarity with government organization and supply (mandatory).
• Extensive knowledge of MOA, EOD, range operations and hazardous mission awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, locate, and develop remote testing/training areas.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and project management.
• Verify test plans and safety objectives.
• Prepare technical papers and operational studies.
• Support development of testing proposals and scope of work.
