American Campus Communities seeks a Senior Service Manager for U Club on 28th and University Village at Boulder Creek in Boulder, CO. The role leads facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping teams to sustain high standards and resident satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with regional teams, and drive preventative maintenance across properties. Strong leadership and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams across multiple properties to enhance the resident experience, including ensuring efficient execution of work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members, cross-training for operational flexibility.
• Conduct performance evaluations and discussions with team members.
• Collaborate on compensation adjustments for direct reports.
• Oversee work order processes, on-call rotation, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee property turnover, contract management, and vendor recap for upcoming year.
• Own preventative maintenance plans, schedule and track tasks.
• Ensure planning for inclement weather and safe operation of equipment.
• Develop and supervise inspection programs for public areas and apartments.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and capital expenditure opportunities with leadership.
• Coordinate with national partners for vendor management.
