Job summary

Wildhorsepass in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across all facilities, directing preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage departmental budgets, coordinate vendors, and partner with the Director of Facilities to implement long-term asset strategies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years of experience in facility maintenance or related area.
• Two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• OSH 30-hour construction safety and health or general industry training.
• CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire.
• AZ driver's license with satisfactory MVR.
• Drug-free workplace acknowledgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Supervisors and staff.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets and departmental expenditures.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and asset histories.
