The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at our main San Francisco office. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, efficient workspace and shaping long-term facilities strategies in alignment with the bank's business objectives.

You will collaborate with leaders, tenants, and vendors to deliver projects, manage budgets, and drive workplace improvements that create a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• FMP/CFM/Facilities cert preferred or ability to attain within two years.
• 8+ years of experience within Facilities Operations, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Experience managing facility budgets, vendor services, and capital improvement projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with work order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilities lead for the San Francisco office, ensuring a safe, secure, and highly functional workplace.
• Lead facility projects from conception through completion, including improvements and renovations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFP processes, contracts, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
