Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead multi-project construction efforts, enhancing infrastructure and office environments within the 12th District. This role focuses on managing design and construction activities across a Federal Reserve branch building.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in construction, and strong PM/CM experience. Knowledge of HVAC, air systems, MEP, and security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in construction field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Construction Management.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, design documents, and complex construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Clearly develop and communicate the scope of work to end-users, partners, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, including handling change requests and amendments.
• Coordinate the procurement process to select consultants and contractors, bid instructions, and bid analysis.
• Implement building standards by selecting fixtures and finishes.
• Lead reviews of drawings and specifications with end-users and partners.
• Develop and oversee project schedules based on project sequencing.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates to the facility team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate design processes and construction activities, including vendor access.
• Address construction challenges with the project team.
