Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years facilities or maintenance experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of facilities or maintenance experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing facilities operations within manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, or mixed-use environments
• Experience coordinating maintenance programs, infrastructure projects, and vendor services across multiple facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office facilities
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to ensure reliable operation of facility equipment, utilities, building systems, and site services
• Oversee capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure investments from planning through implementation
• Coordinate planned maintenance, repairs, shutdown activities, and projects by collaborating with site stakeholders to minimize operational disruption
• Evaluate facility performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure inspection readiness and compliance with quality, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize building automation and computerized maintenance management systems to monitor performance, analyze metrics, and drive maintenance excellence
• Lead, develop, and evaluate facilities personnel while managing vendor, contractor, and service provider performance
