Job summary

Medtronic Swedesboro distribution center seeks a Senior Facilities Supervisor to lead onsite operations, maintenance, and site improvements. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, compliant facilities.

The successful candidate will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and CMMS, while managing vendor performance and environmental, safety, and health standards. Onsite work with no travel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of people leadership in facilities or related environments.
• Experience supervising employees, contractors, or facility service providers.
• Experience with work scheduling, resource prioritization, and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities operations and maintenance across building systems and site services.
• Supervise and develop facilities personnel to meet performance objectives.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Manage facility modification and improvement projects, scheduling and cost control.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance for maintenance and support services.
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and CMMS.
