Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Manager, Facilities Management to lead daily operations, supervise facilities staff, and ensure a safe, compliant environment across multiple campuses and sites. You will oversee maintenance, energy systems, and capital projects while partnering with clinical and administrative leaders to support quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires strong project management, knowledge of hospital facilities engineering, regulatory compliance, and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Healthcare facilities engineering operations experience
• Knowledge of energy systems and building support
• Ability to read and interpret complex regulations and policies

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for facilities management across assigned facilities
• Oversee staff, schedules, budgets, and safety/compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on capital projects
