Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with MS Office skills.
• Previous senior facilities management experience with responsibility for multi properties within a complex estate environment.
• Experience in an FM outsource service model.
• Workplace and space management experience.
• Significant contractor management and multiple service agreements.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and people engagement skills.
• Able to interpret financial and commercial information.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.
• IOSH managing safely qualification.
• Experience managing conflicting expectations of senior management and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Property & Asset Management including strategy development and SLA management.
• Oversee Building Maintenance with contractors and regular inspections.
• Manage Space planning and occupancy with Office Space software.
• Lead Third Party Supplier Management and SLA adherence.
• Direct Project Management for upgrades, refurbishments, and compliance.
• Provide Team Management including appraisals and performance reviews.
• Oversee Budget Management and cost controls across the department.
• Ensure Welfare and Statutory Compliance across sites.
• Drive Sustainability and energy management initiatives.
