Job summary

Advanced Recruiting Partners in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Facilities Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will drive capital projects, manage contractors, ensure audit readiness, and partner with Quality, Validation, and Engineering to sustain compliant, reliable manufacturing spaces at the site.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree with 8+ years of leadership experience in facilities/manufacturing.
• 12+ years of progressive experience with leadership in GMP or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting facilities, manufacturing operations, and audits under GMP.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable facilities for manufacturing and labs.
• Lead capital projects and facility expansions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs and KPIs.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers with GMP compliance.
