Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate FM program across a $59M USD regional portfolio in North America and LATAM. You will partner with CBRE, manage budgets, and drive energy management and service delivery to ensure audit readiness and operational success.

The role requires strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with regional leaders, audits, and sustainability teams.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive FM leadership experience in corporate real estate or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing outsourced vendor partnerships (e.g., CBRE).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and asset capitalization knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 35-40% across North America and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery & Risk Mitigation with CBRE and insurers to maintain building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Manage Financial Governance & Budgets: support $59M USD annual facility budgets and cost control.
• Engage Business Leaders & Cross-Functional Teams: partner with Regional Ops, Audit, Security, Sustainability.
• Ensure Compliance & Disaster Recovery: keep facilities audit-ready and integrate new properties.
