Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate FM program across North America and LATAM. You will partner with CBRE, manage risk, budgets, energy, and service delivery to keep facilities audit-ready and aligned with operational goals.

The role requires collaboration with regional leaders, strong financial acumen, and travel up to 35-40% across North America and LATAM.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive FM leadership in corporate real estate or industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, accruals, asset capitalization, and compliance.
• University degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• Willingness to travel 35-40% across North America and LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery & Risk Mitigation with CBRE and insurers.
• Manage Financial Governance & Budgets for a $59M USD portfolio.
• Engage Regional Operations Leaders, Audit, Security, and Sustainability teams.
• Ensure audit-ready facilities and coordinate with GRE for M&A properties and disaster response.
