Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Over six years of work experience in facilities related maintenance.
• Experience repairing equipment and understanding building systems.

Responsibilities

• Replaces failed building systems and components as required.
• Performs repairs on electrical systems up to 600V, 3 phase.
• Manages preventive maintenance for HVAC and electrical equipment.
• Coordinates with vendors to order materials and services.
• Inspects contractor work for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinates with engineers and supervision to plan improvements.
• Prepares labor and cost estimates for repair and installation work.
• Ensures compliance with EPA, state inspectors, and safety regulations.
• Monitors building management and control systems (BMCS).
• Reports job status and progress on contracts and payments.
• Adheres to overtime, weekend, and shift work as required.
