Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Texas is seeking a Power Plant Electrician to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical, electrical high voltage equipment to support plant operations and maximize asset value.

This role requires hands-on work with PLCs, Ovation and GE Mark 6 Digital Controls, along with a strong preventive maintenance mindset, safety discipline, and collaboration across a multi-skilled team.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree or equivalent technical training in power plant technology.
• Electrical background with ability to read plant drawings and prints.
• Willingness to work day shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical, electrical high voltage equipment.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, inventory, and spare parts.
• Maintain turbines, boilers, pumps, valves and related equipment.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance and recommend improvements.
• Install and service electrical systems, generators, transformers, and MOVs.
• Lead safety practices and environmental stewardship during shifts.
• Assist in parts requisitioning and document procedures.
