Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7 years of technical experience.
• Maintain favorable medical examination as required by position.
• Familiarity with NERC standards and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation as a subject matter expert when resolving equipment and system problems.
• Lead short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations.
• Perform engineering tasks applying engineering principles.
• Ensure proper configuration management and use of standard design criteria and codes in plans and specs.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, and analyses for projects and programs.
• Recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Support outage activities and cross-functional collaboration.
