Job summary

PA Options for Wellness is seeking a Facilities Technician II to oversee advanced maintenance of critical infrastructure, including the CHP/COGEN system. You will lead day-to-day utility operations, coordinate with the Facilities Manager, and drive reliability improvements in power, heating, cooling, and environmental controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and licenses in HVAC or electrical work, plus 5+ years in facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed HVAC Technician or Licensed Electrician required.
• Experience with regulated environments preferred.
• 5+ years facilities/industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of facility infrastructure and production support systems.
• Lead day-to-day utility operations for CHP/COGEN and related systems.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers on site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety.
