Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Engineering Operations Manager to support a manufacturing client in Lima, OH. This role oversees EVS, FM, Security and contracted services across three large buildings to ensure reliable operations and client satisfaction.

You’ll manage budgets, safety programs, and staff development while leveraging CMMS/data reporting to drive continuous improvements and strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years management experience.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems.
