Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for on-site roles at Lima, OH. You’ll supervise on-site teams, coordinate facilities operations, and ensure reliable day-to-day execution across multiple accounts. A driver’s license is required, and prior supervisory experience is preferred to maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees in facilities operations.
• Coordinate and support key functions between 3 and 10 employees during normal business.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity; other duties may be assigned per client needs.
