Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of management experience in facilities management, engineering, or related services.
• Experience leading large healthcare facilities portfolios across multi-site networks is required.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and clinical leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for facilities operations across the ambulatory network in Northeast Ohio.
• Lead the development and implementation of a scalable facilities program for 300+ outpatient locations.
• Oversee maintenance, engineering, vendor management, asset management, and service delivery.
• Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Partner with hospital executives and clinical stakeholders to align facilities services with patient care goals.
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment and oversee major construction coordination as needed.
